Bent Creek Golf Villas is a Planned Development Community consisting of 39 Townhomes, ranging from 1800 to over 2600 square feet per unit. Development began in 2007 and was completed in 2014.

Bent Creek Golf Villas Owners' Association is a Homeowner's Association (HOA) managed by a resident controlled board of directors. The Association ia a legal corporation organized and incorporated. By purchasing a home within the Bent Creek Golf Villas neighborhood, you automatically become a member of the association and will remain so for as long as you own your home. Membership is mandatory and automatic for all owners. The deed to each home specifically designates that the property owner will comply with certain covenants, conditions and restrictions for the betterment of the overall neighborhood. As an association member you will be required to pay certain assessmewnts, abide by the rules and maintain the area of your home for which you are resposible.

HOA Dues are $150 monthly (payable quarterly) which covers such things as lawn care and common area maintenance of the entire property, exterior buildings repair, maintenance and insurance.

Up to two household pets are allowed, subject to the rules in the Covenants and Restrictions.

Area Schools: Both the public middle school and high school are within two miles of our neighborhood. Both are considered among the best in Hamilton County. Public elementary schools are also within a 5-8 minute drive with bus service from our front entryway by Hamilton County School District. There are also several private schools in the Hixson area within a 15 minute drive. The nationally renowned private Baylor and McCallie schools are also a pride of Chattanooga. A community college and other institutions of higher education, including the University of Tennessee Chattanooga offer many opportunities for adult education. Utilities and Other Services: The city limits of Chattanooga encompass all of the Bent Creek Golf Villas neighborhood. Consequently, full city services are provided to our residents. Of special note is the fact that Chattanooga has positioned itself as the most advanced city in the USA for wired and wireless broadband technology. The city utility, EPB, has recently completed a 10Gbps fiber-to-home network, offering a triple play of broadband services and using the network for a smart grid's advanced broadband technology. Fire and Police Protection: The Chattanooga Fire Department serves the neighborhood, with Fire Station #19 being the nearest fire station, just two miles west on Hixson Pike. Publix Super Market and Creeks Bend Golf Club are within easy walking distance. Food City Super Market is within a mile. Northgate Shopping Mall along with a 14 screen theatre, many restaurants and other shopping and services are within three miles. Chickamauga Lake, Chester Frost Park, Tennessee Riverwalk, Greenway Farms, and other recreation facilities are nearby. Downtown Chattanooga, Chattanooga Airport, and Hamilton Place Mall are each just a few minutes away.
